Shanghai Pacific International Container Co., Ltd.(SPIC), who is one of the twelve container factories under Singamas Container Holdings Limited(Group), was founded in May 1989 and it is one of the earlier container manufacturer who entered into China market; the production facility of SPIC was upgraded to manufacture ISO stainless steel tank containers in 2011. The yearly production capacity has already reached 6000 units by single shift, the main products: ISO Standard tanks, Swap body tanks, Offshore tanks and other non-standard tanks. Nowadays it becomes one of the worldwide bigger tank container manufacturers. The factory, a land of around 73,000m2, is located in Jiading Shanghai, where distances about 60km from Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone and about 160km from Yangshan Deep Water Port, and the convenient traffic can well meet customer’s requirements.

SPIC has gained the ASME-U qualification authentication, ISO9001:2008 Quality Management System, C3 authentication--People’s Republic of China manufacture license of special equipment and other factory licenses of international class (CCS, BV, LR, DNV and RS etc.) and ISO14001:2004 Environmental Management System etc…
SPIC imported the large amount of professional technical equipments since 2010, such as CNC plasma cutting machines, large-size P+T welding machines, imported real-time imaging X-ray detection systems, 6000T ends hydraulic press, stainless steel CNC de-coiling machine, ends cutting machines by fiber laser etc… all of these equipments guarantee the high quality products. Meanwhile, the workers never stop learning so that they can control these advanced machines to keep the good quality. The ends mill finally was completed by virtue of everyone’s efforts. Now, the main parts of the tanks are all made in SPIC which guarantees the quality to a great extent.
